Youth Leadership Academy
A comprehensive leadership development program for ages 12–18. We combine hip-hop culture's emphasis on voice, hustle, and community with proven frameworks in servant leadership, entrepreneurship, and public speaking.
Four tracks. One leader.
Each participant moves through all four tracks, building a well-rounded leadership foundation.
Leadership Development
Youth study leadership models from hip-hop history and apply them through peer mentorship, project management, and community service initiatives.
Public Speaking
From open mics to boardrooms, students build voice, stage presence, and the ability to articulate vision under pressure.
